All items sold are authentic, carefully curated, and may include vintage, archive, or pre-owned pieces.
Due to the nature of our products, items may show signs of wear. Any notable flaws will be disclosed in the product description.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order if an item becomes unavailable.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in EUR unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
Shipping costs, taxes, and duties are not included unless specified.
4. Orders & Acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion.
Orders may be cancelled in cases including, but not limited to:

5. Fraud Prevention & High-Risk Orders
Orders flagged as high-risk may be subject to manual review, identity verification, or cancellation.
We reserve the right to request additional information before processing an order.
6. Payments
All payments must be completed at checkout.
We use secure third-party payment providers. We do not store payment details.
7. Shipping
Shipping terms are governed by our Shipping Policy.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to all shipping-related terms, including customs duties, delivery conditions, and potential additional costs.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
Cancellation requests must be submitted before shipment and are not guaranteed.
9. Returns & Refunds
Return conditions are governed by our Return Policy.
For customers outside the European Union, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs, duties, and fees are non-refundable.
10. Delivery & Responsibility
Once the parcel has been marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.
We are not responsible for stolen or misplaced packages after confirmed delivery.
11. Lost or Damaged Packages
If a package is lost or damaged during transit, we will assist the customer in opening an investigation with the courier.
However, we are not responsible for delays or outcomes of courier investigations.
If shipping protection has been purchased, priority assistance and resolution may be provided.
12. Authenticity Guarantee
All items sold by LAGEMMA are verified to the best of our knowledge and expertise.
We do not knowingly sell counterfeit items.
In the unlikely event that an item is proven to be inauthentic by a recognized and reputable third-party authentication service, the customer may be eligible for a refund upon return of the item.
Claims must be supported by valid documentation.
13. Condition Disclaimer
All items are pre-owned, vintage, or archive unless stated otherwise.
Condition assessments are subjective and based on our professional evaluation.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all product descriptions, measurements, and images before purchasing.
By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges that:

visible flaws shown in photos are accepted

no claims can be made based on subjective expectations
14. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By completing a purchase, the customer agrees not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes.
In case of a chargeback, we reserve the right to provide all necessary evidence to the payment provider, including:

proof of shipment

delivery confirmation
-
customer communication
Fraudulent disputes may result in permanent restriction from future purchases.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LAGEMMA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Eventuali difetti o segni di usura rilevanti vengono indicati nella descrizione.
3. Prezzi
Tutti i prezzi sono espressi in EUR salvo diversa indicazione.
I prezzi possono essere modificati senza preavviso.
4. Ordini
Ci riserviamo il diritto di rifiutare o annullare qualsiasi ordine, inclusi casi di:

5. Prevenzione Frodi

7. Spedizioni

8. Annullamento Ordini
Gli ordini non possono essere annullati una volta spediti.
9. Resi e Rimborsi

Per ordini extra-UE, tutte le vendite sono finali salvo diversa indicazione.
10. Consegna
Una volta che il pacco risulta consegnato dal corriere, la responsabilità passa al cliente.
11. Pacchi Smarriti o Danneggiati
In caso di smarrimento o danneggiamento durante il trasporto, assisteremo il cliente nell’apertura di una pratica con il corriere.
Non siamo responsabili per i tempi o gli esiti delle indagini del corriere.
12. Garanzia di Autenticità
Tutti gli articoli venduti da LAGEMMA sono verificati secondo le nostre conoscenze ed esperienza.
Non vendiamo consapevolmente prodotti contraffatti.
Nel caso improbabile in cui un articolo venga dimostrato non autentico tramite un servizio di autenticazione riconosciuto, il cliente potrà avere diritto a un rimborso previa restituzione dell’articolo.
13. Condizione degli Articoli
Gli articoli sono vintage, usati o d’archivio salvo diversa indicazione.
La valutazione delle condizioni è soggettiva.
Il cliente è tenuto a esaminare attentamente foto, descrizione e misure prima dell’acquisto.
Effettuando un ordine, accetta che:

non possano essere avanzate contestazioni soggettive
14. Chargeback
Effettuando un acquisto, il cliente accetta di non aprire contestazioni fraudolente.
In caso di chargeback, forniremo tutte le prove necessarie al provider di pagamento.
15. Limitazione di Responsabilità
Nei limiti consentiti dalla legge, LAGEMMA non è responsabile per danni indiretti o conseguenti.
16. Proprietà Intellettuale
Tutti i contenuti del sito sono di proprietà di LAGEMMA.
